FUTURE ASTRONAUT TRAINING PROGRAM GIVEAWAY

1. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Contestants are required to fill out the registration form to win. Contest runs from 4/26/10 through 5/23/10. Must be a student entering the 6th, 7th, 8th or 9th grades be eligible to participate. Parents or guardians 18 years or older must register.
3. HOW TO WIN: The Wichita Eagle will randomly select ONE grand prize winner from the entries. The winner will be notified by the Wichita Eagle staff. The winning person must meet the age requirements set forth by the Kansas Cosmosphere and Space Center. The winner will then receive a certificate for a four-day Future Astronaut Training Program camp at The Kansas Cosmosphere and Space Center in Hutchinson. Winner must select the requested date of camp from those available as listed on the Kansas Cosmosphere website at www.cosmo.org. Kansas.com will then randomly select Seven secondary prize winners from the entries. The winners will be notified by the Wichita Eagle staff. The winning persons must meet the age requirements set forth by the Kansas Cosmosphere and Space Center. The winners will then receive four All-Day Mission Passes at The Kansas Cosmosphere and Space Center in Hutchinson.
4. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS: To enter, registrants must be legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older, registering a qualifying student. Age and residence subject to verification by the Wichita Eagle. Void where prohibited by law. Employees (including, without limitation, part-time or temporary employees) of The Wichita Eagle, any Wichita area radio or television stations, the Wichita Eagle's respective parent entities, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies at any time during the applicable contesting period and the immediate family and other household members ( i.e., spouses, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, roommates, housemates, significant others, partners and siblings) of any of the above are NOT eligible to enter and/or to win the Contest.
5. TAXES: The winner is responsible for any taxes due from winning the above prizes from the participating vendors.
6. MISCELLANEOUS: By participating in the contest, contestants hereby agree that the Wichita Eagle and its respective parent entities, subsidiaries, officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, stockholders, sponsors has no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession and/or use of a prize or an entrant's participation in any such contest.
By participating in this contest, entrants hereby consent to the Wichita Eagle usage of any one or more of the following for on-air broadcast and for advertising and promotional purposes without payment of additional consideration: contestant's name; voice; likeness; biographical information; his/her participation in the contest.
